I live very close to this Crossing loosing it would seriously impact taking my children to school. A 7 minute walk to and from school would turn on to a 30 minute walk.

The level crossing is a vital link between the two sides of the railway. It would be a great loss and affect many people, especially students at Trefonnen School.

How do they expect older people that use hodges shop to walk about a mile or more all the way around the industrial estate to get to the shop

This is an important link for the townspeople and I'm sure will have a major impact on the nearby businesses.

for hundreds of years this has been a road way for those taking animals from west wales to England there has already been a public inquiry which concluded that this crossing should remain as not only would it split the community it would leave our town with only bridge links.personaly it would mean the closure of our shop for it would become unviable 110 years our family has traded from here what a way to end.

Do not remove the crossing as this is needed for safety to traffic and pedestrians

My 89 year old aunt lives in Brookland road and relies on being able to walk up to Hodges shop with the aid of her walking frame. She will never manage the walk from dole road down to the rroundabout at the edge of town, up tremont road do the shopping and then home! Are you determine to close llandrindod down? Really seems like the people of llandrindod don't matter!!!!

It will be inconvenient to many people if that road gets cut off are they going to put a bridge there instead

If this safe crossing were closed people would either have to go a very long way around to get to where they're going..or...use the unmonitored crossing just up the track that comes off the footpath from ddole road..with just a sign over the track saying "look left and right" its not safe for the many school attending unacompanied children at all!!! Level Crossings can prevent accidents...why is it OK to remove a safety measure!?

I use this road to walk to work on near every day, it saves me time to get from home to work. I reply on this road to get to work which is on the other side not far from the line, to have this crossing closed would mean for me to walk an extra 20 minutes which is unnecessary

Save the level crossing, it prevents more congestion through the town!

Surely this would effect the response time of emergency services to certain parts of the town. It's just a silly idea.
