Save Lives: Central Reservation Barrier for Hayle Bypass!!

It seems lost emmets will U-turn anywhere!!

Too many idiots think they can break the law and do U-turns. An actual, physical barrier would prevent this.

It's about time something was done about this. It's much to dangerous to do nothing x

My Mum has been involved in a horrible crash on this road to. She is still suffering physically and mentally from the incident which happened 2 years ago. If there was a central reservation this would of stopped the vehicle that hit here head on. A central reservation is a must

We drove past this terrible accident just after it happened. So many people were already helping that we felt it inappropriate to stop. I do hope your poor Grand parents continue with their recovery. YES! central crash barriers WILL save lives and serious injury. Without a doubt. Just last Sunday, despite the no U turn signs, I watched a vehicle U turn. Luckily the roads were quiet at the time. Good luck Casey, you are obviously a very caring person. As an aside, CCC can waste countless thousands messing about with a perfectly good road system at Lelant Garden Centre and yet not see what is obvious!

There is always accidents on the roads something got to be done about it barriers is a good idea as they always got to squeeze in and over take at the last minute

I have seen others do a u turn right I front of me, of one week after the fatal crash in 2016 well done you for taking this further

Something needs to be done immediately. There WILL be many more crashes there this summer, how long until another death.

I go to Hayle every year and I keep hearing about this road please listen and do something a bout it before many more are killed you know there is a big problem so please listen and get it sorted

I witnessed a car doing a u turn under the bridge to M&S. Luckily they just finished it when another car came along. I actually held my breath when I saw it!!! Luckily it was later on the evening and the road was quieter.

Putting a central barrier is the only true way to stop people making U turns there

i have seen numerous impatient drivers doing u-turns or triple over taking on this stretch of road, it is becoming increasingly common over the summer season!
