Save Lives: Central Reservation Barrier for Hayle Bypass!!

This stretch of road needs to be addressed sooner rather than later.

This barrier is desperately needed..Now!!...please please do the decent thing and get this barrier put in place ...its been too long in coming and too many serious accidents have occured already..how many more innocent victims have to suffer...

I implore the authorities to act quickly . Too many accidents , fatalities and innocent people having their lives ruined . Action must be taken !

Safety first!!!

Records prove that a safety barrier needs to be installed in this stretch of road.

I use this stretch of road at weekends with my young daughters in the car. In the past year, I have had a couple of close calls, one was due to the speed that cars are doing along this stretch of road, the other was someone performing a u turn in the exact spot where this accident happened. One simple crash barrier would stop the u turns being able to happen, and directing the traffic along to the roundabout where they can safely turn around. I'm sure motorists would gladly accept a small amount of disruption while this is put in place rather than a long disruption when the road is totally closed due to another fatalitie.

So far in 2017 I have had 2 very near misses where cars are doing u turns on this streatch of road. It definately needs a central barrier to stop anymore accidents!

I could never understand why this road was dualled all the way from Treswithian to St Erth. something must be done soon.

I use this road quite a lot and agree it has always been a problem which seems to be getting worst.

You can't put a price on people's lives . A central barrier is urgently needed on Hayle bypass before there is more deaths and serious injuries .

About time this was done, I've seen so many people do U Turns on this stretch of the bypass. It really annoys me thesr people gave no consideration for others. I hope your grandparents recover soon.

Sadly, people continue to be stupid along this stretch of road. How many deaths before the carnage stops?

I take this road twice a day on my way to work. In the summer months and half terms this road is stacked back sometimes for over a mile! It's a gamble everyday if you go in the outer lane (closets to the eastbound lane) as it's just another death waiting to happen! Signs just don't cut it!! But a barrier will stop that! Even a barrier on the Big Dipper is needed all the way from the hayle roundabout to the Camborne turn off.

Really important that this issue is addressed - Full support from me for this barrier to be put in place.

I have travelled this road quite often and I think there are signs saying no U turns, some drivers appear to have little sense it seems!

A simple way to stop idiots harming others. Please put a barrier up
