Agree 100%. My car was a write off and I was lucky not to be seriously injured on the same stretch of road a few years ago when someone drove right into me from the opposite side of the road.

This is a very dangerous piece of road especially in the summer with a lot of drivers who don't know the road. Surely the cost of barriers is preferable to more fatal accidents.

My thoughts are with you, your family, and your grandparents. This is something I've been saying for a long time. I just hope the council take it seriously this time rather than waste funds on putting up signs which they know inpatient people will clearly ignore.

Needs doing badly I live near hayle and too many idiotic drivers can't wait. It gets busy in the summer times yes and it tails back, if you can't wait use onother route. But I can't see cornwall council doing it there to busy up temple sitting around

Some sort of speed check would be good, as well as barrier.

I travel on this road four times a day and it is so dangerous.On the day of the crash I was stuck in traffic tailbacks and counted SEVEN drivers doing illegally u turns! Something needs to be done

I drive this stretch of road every day to and from work and am always amazed at how many stupid people do uturns in such a dangerous place, a barrier in my opinion would make a real difference

Local , has witnessed a terrible accident involving a U-turn . Not very pleasant. Hope this petition gets seen by the right people.

Good luck Casey, this should have been done years ago. With a fatal outcome u turn only 2 days earlier an impatient LOCAL driver u turned suddenly. result, my son is v v lucky to be alive.
