Save Lives: Central Reservation Barrier for Hayle Bypass!!

I agree, a central reservation is required here. U-turns, but also over taking is so dangerous!!!

I will happily sign this! Every time me and my husband goes down this road he always says that there must be a central reservation there. I so sorry about what happened to your grandparents and I hope they get better soon.

I've seen 2 u-turns on that stretch of road this year already - 1 of which was perform right next to the no u-turn sign!

Fully support this application. I reside in Hayle and have heard and witnessed too many accidents some fatal! One accident which ended in a fatality should have been enough for Cornwall County Council to sit up and find a solution to this awful road. Please please now do something about it before another life is lost or completely changes someone's life due to a horrific accident that could be easily avoided with the correct infrastructure in place! Clearly 'no U turn' signs are not enough! A physical barrier asap please! Thank you!

I am a frequent visitor and this road frightens me. Put up a central barrier.

I agree, this is a dangerous part of our road network and a barrier should be installed, I am very surprised that with the number of accidents that the Council has not already done so.

There have been far too many accidents on this stretch of A30. A central barrier should have been in place a long time ago. Lives are at risk.

The bypass is currently very unsafe. People often overtake down the middle of the road.

This is a must. I have witnessed a u-turn in front of the car I was in with my Grandsons in the back seat. Fortunately my daughter was on the ball and an accident was avoided.

This is an absolute must! Just a few weeks ago the traffic was backed up coming down one side of the bypass and 3 people made u turns, one of which was right in front of my car with my 2 children in the back seat! Something has to be done before someone else gets killed.

The road from Camborne to Hayle needs the three lane area to have double white lines on one side or the other for the whole length. Also bigger No U Turn signs.
