While I do not live in the City of San Fernando, I am a life-long resident of the San Fernando Valley, and I believe we must secure the areas around the washes to protect the community.

I live in San Fernando for 27 yrs and 5 yrs of those @ Griswold St across from the wash where Elias lost his life I was surprise when I pass by the wash to see nothing has been done since than to improve the safety special knowing now are several schools near and so many kids pass by there is so small the metal line anybody very easy can fall kids can be playing around and hurt themselves we do not need to go through this pain again Thank you for your help to solve this issue

The city truly needs to make these areas unaccessible to people unless they are city worker's. Not just this wash all other ones as well.
