Live music and entertainment plays a huge part of the appeal of Earls street Maidstone, I have followed bands in opubs and the Hazlitt there for many years, having seen Council plans for access ive become extremely concerned and sincerely hope they have not overlooked the essential access required by vehicles dropping off band equipment/ disabled people outside of the hours mentined!!

Earl Street has various venues including Earls, The Music Room, Pizza Express, Hazlitt Theatre/The Exchange, The Druids Arms who host live music. How are these artists supposed to unload their equipment if there is no evening vehicle access? How are disabled people supposed to get to these events? Will taxis be able to drop off and collect customers? This plan will badly affect all the venues.
