I've been going to Little Alex's for about 30 years. It's my go-to comfort place after a day of work. My kids and grandkids have grown up eating here. Lynette is wonderful, kind, and attentive to everyone's requests. Excellent food and service. Can't imagine our community without Little A's.

I am in support of Little Alex's, and I am wondering: Does anyone know who started this petition and what they intend to do with all the signatures gathered? November 22 is four weeks away, and Little Alex's needs either a renewed lease, which doesn't seem to be forthcoming, or a new location by a smart landlord who recognizes their worth. Any and all solutions to the latter most welcome.

We love this family restaurant.. the only place in Montecito that is kid friendly and delicious and easy !

it’s very sad to see one of the best restaurants in Montecito closing. It is not only one of the favorite restaurants in Montecito but also has great food. PLUS the customer service is one of the best I have seen. I am against closing little Alexis.

Its is irresponsible of the landlord to evict Little Alex's .He can break the lease with any new tenant, and he should pay for the remodeling of the space, and sign a new lease with current owners. It's the best little restaurant in our little village, and it's not fair to our community to throw them out when so many of us want to keep them in the centre. They are wonderful people, the food is delicious, and many of the workers and home owners of Montecito LOVE this restaurant.

I have choice words for whoever it is that thinks Montecito should lose one of its classic local restaurants. This is the favorite local Mexican restaurant for many of us, and if some greedy good-for-nothings with questionable parentage want to rob the community to line their pockets with a few dollars more, my opinion is that polite society should turn their backs on them.

This is a mistake, Jim. I have been here for 25 years, and this is an important part of this community. Don’t do it. I hope you can admit a mistake. We are all very upset. Not what you want for the Mart.
