There are at least 3 gas stations within a 5 mile radius of where the County wants to build Royal Farms, adding another gas station to an already congested intersection just shows a lack of economic development responsibility. Linda's Cafe is both a staple and a tradition for many residents, both long time locals and transplants associated with Pax River NAS. These are the types of places that help build and maintain a strong sense of community.

There’s nothing wrong with progress. However, as a resident of St. Mary’s County since the early 1970’s, I love the small town feel that we still enjoy here. Knocking out the mom ‘n pop shops and replacing them with large corporate businesses will take away that small town feel. Please consider not closing Linda’s!

Linda’s cafe is a landmark I. St. Mary’s county. We don’t need another gas station. This urban sprawl has no rhyme or reason. Does anyone in zoning and planning truly have a vision for this county?

Why not use the location a that were once gas stations in the past (Great Mills Rd and Chanchlors Run Rd or the Old Burch Mart on Rt 235. Clean up the old abandoned buildings, why another gas station?? Bad idea.

Big corporations have no place ruining the livelihood of someone who has worked their butt off for years and years. Support local small businesses!

The world is getting away from these gaseous, corporate, crap-food joints. Why is St. Mary’s running toward it? Support local business, please.

We do not need a Royal farms! It's plenty of gas stations in that area. Sheets and Wawa are right up the street.
I love the food and atmosphere
