I really don't need a third gas station and convenience store within less than a 5 minute drive from my house. The traffic in the area is bad enough. The focus should be on making that area more walkable and safe for pedestrians. Fewer cars, more sidewalks.

We already have gas stations, liquor stores, convince stores, inconvenience stores etc.. oasis of victory has been a bright spot in this community.. Linda’s cafe is a big piece of this communities heart.. that thrift store helps SO MANY PEOPLE IN NEED WHO DONT EVEN OWN A CAR.. I vote no

Linda's has been a unique cafe & gathering place for years, and a center of community. We need to keep it! We do NOT need more gas stations!
