What kind of Trojan "Family" quits on a man who has served us for 40 years? I've walked past his shop every day for class this past year. He is incredibly loved by the community because his kindness goes beyond expectations; he could charge extra, but he provides many of his services free of charge because he cares.
USC prides itself greatly on helping the community, but recently, we've been pushing out small, local residents and building our ivory tower taller and taller.
It's upsetting to me that USC doesn't care about the livelihood of this person who has been loyal to the students for so long. Please reconsider.

What happened with communication between USC departments? They should be putting Lil Bill's shop as the bike shop INSIDE the Village if anything, NOT kicking him out!!!!! What's wrong with this school?

Invest in small business. Invest in local business. Invest in those who have given so much to the USC community for 40 years. End the gentrification of South Central, and begin the process of facilitating local people and businesses with the opportunity for success.

I was so shocked to hear this would happen to Lil Bill! Just as the description of this petition says, he provides great, relatively inexpensive services. I once had a flat tire and needed immediate help because I had to bike from Leavey Library all the way to KAP in 10 minutes (which is impossible by walking). Lil Bill quickly replaced my bike tire and with a good price! His bike shop is such a convenient and inexpensive service for students that USC should be proud of.
