Great business and great people. They replaced missing bolts on my skateboard for free, which shows they really care about the students

I've been to Big Bill's bike shop countless times when I was at USC. His and Lil Bill's service and kindness always went beyond what I expected. One time I just needed my wheels pumped, but they offerred and took the time to fix my crappy handles and rusty chains even when there were other students waiting.
That's why I was ecstatic to hear they were given the opportunity to extended their services closer to the USC community. I was in undergrad when USC put up the fences and hurt our relationship with the surrounding community. USC students need to to meet locals like Lil and Big Bill and rebuild that relationship. USC, please reconsider your decision.

Lil Bill was able to provide a needed part and do the repair when I was in a pinch. He has always been helpful to the Trojan community and a responsible business owner.

Bill has always been extremely kind and fair to his customers and does not deserve to be removed from campus.
