So sad! They need to put something else where the new bike shop is going.

It says a lot about USC that 40 years of service is rewarded with an eviction notice.

It's not just the people who graduate from USC. It's everyone else who helps us achieve that stage that should be part of the Trojan family. His family will always be a bigger part of the Trojan family than me

A family isn't a family if all it seeks to do is push the people out who the very family was built upon. USC has a duty to protect and serve the community that sits outside its gates. Yet all that keeps happening is more and more separatism, ostracism, and gentrification. Do better!!!

Please save this bike shop. It might mean for our kids much more than having a brand new modern bike repair shop! In my opinion, saving the bike shop not only helps his owner to believe in our Trojan Spirit, but it will help our kids in the first place to be sure that our great University is a trully a great Family!
Fight on!

These are exactly the kinds of decisions that give USC the reputation it has with the South LA community. Here is a clear opportunity to support a family-owned and operated business, and the university instead chooses to push him off campus -- displace him. Shameful. Truly goes to show you the power of money, USCs unending love of it, and how it has corrupted the values of this university.

Universities should serve their communities and students, not just themselves. It is wrong for the university administration abandon someone who has devoted so much time and energy to the campus community so simply and abruptly.

It's shameful that the school is taking money and putting a small business owner out of business who serves the student body for so long. Now the students will pay more but the school just became a little richer.

We need more options for bicycle repairs and service.... NOT LESS!
Easy enough to have exemptions written into a contract.
