You have a gem with Lil Bill's on campus. Why wouldn't USC use the village bike shop space allocation for something that the USC area doesn't already have? Lil Bill's provides excellent service and is loves by the USC biking community. There is more historical and prideful importance in keeping a small business that's been here forever than simply making a little bit more money that will look like a grain of sand among the massive profit to be generated by retail stores everything else in the village than the low margin gains of a low demand because of high costs bike shop. Even if everything were about the money, this isn't even that good of an idea.
