I am a Sarasota resident, born and raised. I and my family have enjoyed going to the public beach at Lido since before I can remember. It would be such an awful thing to watch it become something that it was never intended to be. I am a low-income resident, I would like to be able to include my family in all that Lido beach has to offer. Please consider the children of low income families before making a decision. We all deserve to explore our coastal waters and we want our children to have a good time while at Lido public beach.

The beach is a place for everyone to go and recreation there’s two little of it to be selling it off and long-term leases to those who would commercialize what is non-commercial property

Been visiting lido my whole life and now moving there. Would be very sad to see it. Ate there many times as a kid :(
