Given the changes at Shell Beach, Beach Road, and Siesta Key public beach (which is an eyesore and monstrosity) this plan cannot be allowed to continue. As a 30 year Sarasota resident, I am outraged at the current trend of selling off public beach access to the highest bidder. It’s disgusting and the elected officials and commissioners should remember who they work for and what their civic responsibilities are.

Lido is beautiful, and quaint, one of the last few places, please keep it that way, hasn’t there been enough building?? Think of the growing traffic situation already?

The storied Pavilion is NOT A Resort! Which they are trying to turn it into! It is a low-key lovely destination, let's keep it that way for all!!

Correction previous post. Food at Daquiri Deck is awful. Food at Pavilion is awesome particularly the lobster rolls and reasonably priced

please folks,the current pavilion works just fine,please keep it out of the hands of "developers" and keep it a place of enjoyment for all of our citizens (taxpayers and voters)which own the beach thank you
