We do not need another Daiquiri Deck particullarly on Lido. The current Pavilion must be saved. The proposed project will increase traffic andante make it difficult for those who live on Lido.

Enough of the elite high priced vision of Lido Beach and Pavilion. We love the funky casual feel that's there right now. Improve the bathrooms, extend the snack bar, but otherwise leave it be! Please!

Please keep in mind the citizens of Sarasota! Private interests will make money, but at the expense of full time Sarasota residents who enjoy the quieter and more laid-back Lido over busy Siesta Key.

Outrageous this being done. The lido beach pavilion is a public space created to serve the public. It needs to stay that way!

Don’t ruin the laid back lido vibe with this tourist trap. It’s obvious this is aimed specifically for tourists. No local would pay $100 a day for a cabana. Lido and the pavilion are perfect just the way they are, please don’t ruin either by letting these changes take place. Don’t allow money and greed to take over our beaches.

County should not sell out to private developers. Look at what NYC has accomplished by revitalizing it’s waterfront, parks and popular tourist attractions.

Beaches should always be public with respect to the people that can afford to live and vacation on our beaches. Our tax dollars pay for restoration and upkeep. Therefore we as citizens should be allowed to use and access our beaches.
