This is the best place at the beach and needs to remain as is. No parking charges and great lifeguards, plus good, food and available to all economic groups

The last thing Lido Key needs is another opportunity for late night "entertainment". Keep our family-oriented, quiet and natural.

Lido is the last beach for the average family. We LOVE the pavillion just as it is.

Having grown up in Sarasota, Lido Beach has always been accessible to the community and our winter residents. We need to preserve this community asset for not only us but for future generations. Please vote to support this!

The Lido Beach Casino was a deeply loved spot which was torn down years ago and now they want to turn it over to being a privately owned spot on a precious beach which has been loved for so many years by those of us who have lived here a long time. Please don't let this happen! The citizens of Sarasota deserve to have this lovely beach pavilion remain as it is and accessible to the public without these tremendous fees which they want to charge. Please do not sell this property!!!!!! Keep it as it is.

As a resident homeowner on Lido Key for over thirty years, I am continually disturbed by the commercialization of this small island. One need look no further than that commercial kayak operation going on in a location that no one even knew about for my first 25 years here, which has been completely overrun and has lost its natural beauty, for an example of government mismanagement on this key. Another example of failed oversight is the former Lido Beach Inn, which was tripled in size and now has spilled into precious parking spaces that are now for its employees due to inadequate planning. Regarding access to this key, what government official could have thought a large hotel/condo would not disrupt traffic patterns such that it is now impossible to access the key without considerable danger, disruption, flooding, and cosmetic ugliness not even seen in downtown Miami. As a former beach boy at the Lido Beach Inn in the 1980s, I have seen Lido Key beach become a smaller place to enjoy each day. To add yet another unneeded and unwanted project to serve to serve the "rich" and entitled, as the locals and residents here get pushed out, then being left to deal with the mess, noise, chaos, trash, parking in my yard, and traffic as all these interlopers try to navigate the back streets here while playing with their GPS on the way out. If all this keeps up, what Lido Key had will be lost. At that point in time, the only thing going up here will be a for sale sign in front of my house. Do the right thing and keep out these profiteers from destroying what we already have.

I am against the private toon of the Lido PAVILION and ask that it remain as is. I was a life guard at the pool during college breaks. Please do not change the service of Lido to the community.

As a condominium owner on Lido Beach, I strongly oppose the proposed conditional use and site-plan changes to the Lido Pavilion.

The pavillion is the perfect size for this beach, and there is nothing wrong with it
