I am a timeshare owner on Lido Key for 30 years. Keeping the Lido pavilion family oriented area is integral to my continued patronage of the area. There are already plenty of bars & restaurants available nearby.

Please do not make the Lido Beach Pavilion into a high priced restaurant and change the atmosphere of the Lido Beach area. Save money and improve what is currently there. Your proposal is not an improvement but will only increase traffic in an already congested area at times. I agree with the points outlined in Victoria Cueman’s comments. Love this area the way it is. Improve rest rooms, spiffy it up a bit but don't change the area, it is great.

Love this beach, the charm, small town feel, ease of getting to, the ability to have public bathrooms/concessions. We have enough development going on in SRQ-do not spoil this location!

Been coming to Lido Beach for 36 years and love it. My parents brought me when I was 2 years old and now I’m bringing our 4 children. There’s many reasons we prefer Lido Beach over Siesta Beach or other more commercialized areas, but one of the main ones is the simple laid back concession area.
