I may not be a homeowner but I have rented here for the season for many years. I come here for the neighborhood and small town feel. The proposed changes are disruptive for all the reasons in the petition. And I would have to reconsider looking for another place outside of Sarasota should this be approved.

We’re coming for years to this place and love it. Public access is crucial to this beach. There are already to many private beaches in Florida. Please keep it public.

Do not privatize, why ruin a gem of Sarasota so private citizens can make money off of it? Sad but not surprised...it belongs to ALL the people!
