We have been coming to Lido Key for years and enjoy the laid back atmosphere and access to the beach. We do not need another expensive high rise that only the rich can use.

I am a time share owner on Lido Key and would like to see Lido Beach stay a public beach without the addition of a night tiki bar. There is already too much traffic on Lido Key!

I visited Lido Beach for the first time recently. What a wonderful place for all to gather to enjoy such a gift. Any attempts to alter the character and concessions is a huge mistake. Please do not allow anyone to come in and ruin it all.

This is the best kept secret! Best concession ever. Needs bathrooms replaced and building updates but love the character of the whole area.

We love the current Lido Pavillion laid back family friendly atmosphere, delicious food, quick service and affordable prices. We are totally against changing the design as proposed. Go to St Arnold’s if you want the upscale dining and atmosphere- Lido beach is for families! Keep it that way!

The pavillion—in particular the current food and seating—perfectly rounds out the casual beach experience at Lido. It’s really sad that someone wants to take that whole experience away when—in my opinion—the only need is a refurbishment of the bathrooms. Wouldn’t it be better to build this new restaurant, etc. further down the water line where there isn’t any existing infrastructure or bathrooms?

Lido is a public beach and should remain public. Please deny this for -profit bid at commercialization of a public entity. Residents deserve better.

This is a public BEACH! Not private property for a NIGHTCLUB/Bar/eatery!!!! Make it COMPLETELY FAMILY FRIENDLY! Old school & WHOLESOME!!! St. Armand’s is just around the corner for drinks and restaurants

This is NOT needed. Totally oppose and family and friends visiting will not go to Lido Beach if it is built.

Please don't make these big changes. Lido is a great vacation spot and many many americans travel there every year with their families because they enjoy the beach just as it is. There are plenty of other beaches already developed where people can go if they want a tiki bar and private cabanas.
