My wife and I visit Sarasota mostly to enjoy Lido beach. The pavilion is a very nice amentity. If it goes away we will rethink our winter vacation location.

This is absolutely absurd and this public beach should remain to be used for those who live here for free. Not be sold off for the greediness of corporate America.

Lido beach pavilion meets our needs. I have seen privatization at work and it deprives residents and visitors of access. This will happen. Please do not let deep pockets influence this decision. All taxpayers need equal access. Special interest groups should not take precedence over community members.

Do not let the property magnums turn the very unique Lido Beach into another
spinning wheel. Yes by all means upgrade the restrooms & maybe the cafe. Sarasota city council money is not everything. Think hard, before you make your decision.

Please make some areas accessible to locals without paying an arm or leg esp when are beaches continue to be contaminated with red tide!

I have been going to Sarasota for over 40 years because of the atmosphere. This will totally change with this plan. This is not positive progress but negative destruction of Lido Beach. Do not allow this to happen.
