Worst idea ever. Soon there will be no where to go enjoy the beach.

Shame the lido casino was torn down, don’t mess up the beach with a modern mess like siesta beach!

Publish the names of those who stand to profit from these contracts.

The Pavillions of both Lisa and Siesta should belong to the people and kept as Public Beaches forever!!!!

Our beaches are obviously a commodity and a tourist attraction which strengthens our economy. You’ve already ruined siesta key beach parking. Leave things alone!! We don’t need less beach parking and sure as heck don’t need costly cabanas littering the incredible open views of nature.

Quite simply another attempt to privatize a public amenity for the benefit of the well-connected. Too many opaque deals have ceded control/occupation of too much of Florida.

Enough of Sarasota County is controlled by private and affluent parties. Building on beach front is asinine given the sea level rise situation expected to impact our area and has already caused issueon our beaches, including North Lido. Increase in tourist amenities such as kayaking from South Lido lessen access for year round and other residents. Keep some of this for those of us who serve and constitute the community!

There are plenty of restaurants in and around Sarasota! Leave the beach for tourism and the community!

We bought a condo on Lido last year because of the "old Florida feel" Please keep Lido beach as is! There are plenty of options for people to enjoy on the circle and downtown Sarasota. Keep Lido the special place that we have grown to love.

This facility should remain a public resource not a private event venue.

It's a shame. I took my girls there and envisioned taking my grandchildren. My tax dollars paid for the refurbishment of the pool, Pavilion, and the beach. Keep it available for all to enjoy.
