Brixton needs a college.

This Free School land grab is causing havoc in so many local communities. Nothing to do with grass roots needs. All about Gove dogma.

Its my local college and i have studied there pease save brixton college

Access to education for all ages is a fundamental cornerstone of a developed country. Take it away and you're just going backwards instead of progressing.

Education should be about meeting the needs of the local community. This dictates Brixton should have an FE college. If the free school plan prevails it will be a victory for a misguided ideology over local democracy and community

FE colleges helps to give people valuable skills that will get them into and these centres need our support.

Please save Lambeth College Brixton, it offers great opportunities for people with learning difficulties.

This is ridiculous. There is no need for a free school but there IS need for an FE college.

Brixton needs an FE college, not an unaccountable 'Free' school

Stop opening free schools where they are not needed. And stop handing over public assets to unaccountable 'charities'.

Free schools are divisive and go against the very premise of a meritocratic education. This is something that Brixton certainly doesn't need in the community.

Brixton needs community schools and community colleges, not free schools.

Lambeth College in Brixton does a wonderful job of providing educational opportunities for a diverse group of students, including those with learning difficulties or mental health problems. Brixton does not need yet another free school.

The closing of Lambeth College's Brixton site would be detrimental to the local community, particularly the vulnerable groups which the site serves: ESOL learners, learners with learner difficulties and young people not in employment or education.

This is public money. Let's spend it fairly on ALL children. No vanity projects
