Save Lake Del Valle Kayak Center

One of the things that distinguishes the Lake Del Valle Kayak Center from every other place in the Bay Area where I can rent a kayak is the quality and condition of the available equipment. The proposed replacement is a big step in the wrong direction.

Sunrise has been running the concession successfully for years. They have a great safety record because they tell people how to paddle and be safe. I have introduced so many people to kayaking and loving del valle because of Sunrise.

Sunrise has has provided high quality customer service and should be continued

Please continue to keep Lake Del Valle Kayak Center at Del Valle Lake. The Localy Family owned bussines serves this community very well and is very much enjoyed.

Keep the concession local. Sunrise is definitely connected to, and offers many services to local and non local users of Del Valle.

Sunrise kayak rental is what keeps people coming back to the lake! Love the kids who work there everyone is so awesome! Long live sunrise

I don't understand the thinking behind a change of this sort. You have an established company that's delivering a quality product and you want to change, Why? Please rethink this issue and stick with Sunrise Mountian Sports!!!! Why mess with success???

I encourage you to renew the Sunrise Mountain Sports concession at Del Valle. I have rented there several times and they are very helpful. Let's keep this with a local, family Livermore business!

Del Valle Kayak Center and the owners of Sunrise Mountain Sports were instrumental in introducing us to kayaking. Without their Kayak Center at Del Valle we would never have ventured into the lake and enjoyed its beauty. Keeping this concession is so critical because they have served the Livermore Valley residents in way only a local concessionaire can serve them with that hometown feeling.

Please renew the Sunrise Mountain Sports watersports concession at Lake Del Valle. They know the business and are always friendly and helpful to paddlers.
