Please reconsider the scale of this project. We want to support the island's energy-autonomy, and Greece's. But not at the expense of our landsape and ecology (birdlife, other fauna and flora. ) This project will destroy much of the habitat and plant cover that we are ourselves forbidden to cut.

The transformation of Kythira in a wind turbine hub will definitely destroy the assets which make the charm of this island namely preserved environment, natural landscapes and serenity.

Pretty disgusting of the Greek government to allow this to proceed with..

This is not the way to making the island self sufficient, but rather would be a stab at the heart of what makes this island so special. This surely cannot be the best or only solution. I would be highly opposed to such a degree of visual pollution.
