Save Kythera's Pristine Skyline! Stop industrial wind turbine construction on the Island.

OXI ! For me Kythera is a very special place/island and to small for this stupid idea!!! I come since 2013 on the island this coming September for the 16 th time, it.s like a magnet !! Keep Kythera clean/as it is! Greetings from Ollandia.

I believe that other renewable energy options should be explored so that any decision made has the least impact on the environment.

Too many Greek islands have been ruined already. Evia for example has been devastated by the impact of the so called clean energy. It causes people's nearby land to be useless and It's not a form of clean energy!! The negatives outweigh any positive effects.

Keep Kythira free from horrendous wind farms. These things don’t belong on an authentic Greek island . They will destroy the health , culture and feel of the island . Protect the natural environment keep wind farms out of Kythira and preferably out of ALL Greek islands.

Am deeply in love with Kythira and can not sit idly and watch it being destroyed!

It’s clear to see that the impact of the proposed turbines would be devastating to the island - it’s people, it’s landscape and it’s biodiversity. In a country as large as Greece, there must be options for less damaging placements. Micro generation is the way forward, but of course does not make the huge profits for the large energy companies. How tragic that such a beautiful natural environment could be considered for industrial level turbines. Good luck to those that are fighting to preserve the island’s beauty and provide an alternative way of generating green energy.

I say no to wind turbines on Kythira! There is an alternative in solar panels.

Industrial constructs which don`t serve the people who have to bear their harrassment are absolutely bad!
