This chip van has been a big part of a small community for a very long time, ran by a local man. While also bringing something to the table. The likes of which the village had never seen before.

My family frequently used this fantastic food service and want it to remain in place. Great spot.

This is a hub of meeting of minds, a place for locals to chat over good local produce, and one where hard work has been instilled over the years. Why prey on those who are being productive, using initiative and providing a friendly service within a rural area. The fact that people have to fight to keep this corner of the village alive is mind boggling and unjustified. Don't give up the fight!

Would be a shame to lose this lovely friendly spot in the village! The Village Grill is part of the personality of the place. And great food!

Providing a service to the local community. Not causing any problems or obstructions. Surely the seventeen year history is a sufficient case for retention

Unreal spot and iconic part of the village you’d have to be a right wank stain to close this

The Village Grill is a top class provider of a range of hot food - breaakfast, lunch and much more - in the village and is an essential service to those of us who work hard to bring some life and a much needed boost to the village, like South Roscommon Singers Festival, which attracts hundreds of visitors to the area each year. It would be a massive blow to our efforts to keep the festival alive if it were to be forced to close. You may as well close the gates on the village and erect the headstone if this facility goes.
