There are numerous brown field sites in the Knaresborough and Harrogate area that may be used to home the traveller community if required. Green belt land should not be taken illegally

Forest moor road is 1 mile long and most mornings the traffic already queues from one end to the other the whole village turns into a bottle neck. We do not need any more settlers here whether houses or caravans.
The junction at thistle hill has had numerous serious accidents and every day is a lottery whether there will be another one or not...

I fully support the local submission asking the council to protect the greenbelt in the Calcutt area of Knaresborough. I do not want it to be lost to the three gypsy and traveller sites in Calcutt, Forest Moor Rd and Thistle Hill.

Green Belt is green belt, don't mess with it please. These sites should not be given full permission.two are actually in the Nidd gorge area, which makes this even the suggestion even more special.

I think it is disgusting how the Council have gone about this whole situation. We need to desperately hang onto what Green Belt areas we still have.
