Save Kidzone in Whittlesey

Such a shame this has happened. lots of families are now going to be without childcare. Kidzone staff are such lovely people. Will be a shame to see it go

Such a shame after all the years of hard work. Whittlesey town will be lost without it

I've been using their services for approximately 7 years. I've built relationships with all the staff and trust them to look after my children out of school time. My children don't go there to learn, they go there to be cared for whilst myself and my Husband work. They're flexible and convenient. I don't think the situation has been handled very well at all and do feel for the staff involved.

I use to go to kidzone almost everyday when I was at school it was the only way my mum could work and know I was safe

Please save this service.. It will leave a lot of parents with nowhere to turn during holidays after school before work ends..

Karen, Steve and their team are all dedicated to the children in their care. The location is perfect for families in the area.

Kidzone are amazing they have done brilliant with my little boy who's been going for nearly 3 years it will be sad to see them go and not be able to use them during school holidays

Kidzone is a small, entrepreneurial, local business employing twelve full time local women and men, caring for children from two years to secondary school. Currently we have forty-eight out of school children; thirty-five holiday children; fifty-four nursery/preschool children on our books for the Alderman Jacobs school site and twenty-one out of school children on the Park lane site. In total one hundred families are affected in and around the Whittlesey area by the schools actions. Both Alderman Jacobs and Park Lane centres are fully booked for the autumn term in September. This action is a callous and selfish action of two schools who wish to line their own pockets without responsibility to its own community.

all the years and hard work people put into making a busines forming relationship with parents and all the staff then some one pulls the plug thanks alderman Jacobs school we think you need to rethink your actions

Such a ridiculous idea after 20+ years so many family's to b affected is unbelievable keep kid zone

My eldest boys both attended here and was looking forward to my youngest starting here too.

I like so many others rely on kidzone not just for nursery but after school and school holidays! I don't drive and my oldest is at alderman Jacob so it's nice and easy just like lots of other mum's and dad's do the same. Also my 3 year old as taken his time to settle into kidzone now he's going to have to do all that again is what makes me angry

I cant believe this, my daughter loves it here. If this closes i will be totally stuck for child care. Something needs to be done!!
