Alderman Jacobs and park Lane schools in Whittlesey have given notice for Kidzone childcare services to evict the site, leaving over 100 families without easily accessible childcare services, Kidzone is a long well established company have cared for the children during holidays, term time , before and after school for over 20 years, to ask them to leave is not an option for families who rely on there services.
Whittlesey is a small community town, and access to alternative childacre will be difficult. Both children and parents have built up a grat relationship with the owners and staff many of whom have been there since before they started school, to uproot them and introduce them to new people is not an option.

I use Park Lane for my 8yr old son as I run an animal rescue and need childcare if we have an emergency and at our busy times of year. It would seriously affect my ability to help animals in emergency circumstances
Working parents rely on kidzone to keep their children in a safe environment whilst they go to work. This needs to in a secure location. Being attached to the school ensures they arrive on time and can go directly there after school
I went to Kidzone for years whilst at AJS and if it wasn't for that my parents would have really struggled. It was a safe supportive and fun environment for everyone.... I made friends and have great memories to cherish! Do not evict this service....!
I use to love going to kids zone before school when I was younger it was invaluable to my mum it meant that she could hold a job down and know I was safe and well looked after witch as a single parent isn't easy
This closure is leaving approx 100 families with childcare issues. For a small market town this is huge! There isn't the amount of childminders in the area to accommodate all affected. I believe this company has run 21 years and now out of the blue this closure leaves many families with huge stresses, with some having to contemplate giving up work.
Keep it open!
Such a shame this has happened. lots of families are now going to be without childcare. Kidzone staff are such lovely people. Will be a shame to see it go

I like so many others rely on kidzone not just for nursery but after school and school holidays! I don't drive and my oldest is at alderman Jacob so it's nice and easy just like lots of other mum's and dad's do the same. Also my 3 year old as taken his time to settle into kidzone now he's going to have to do all that again is what makes me angry
