This is a definately a time when the views of the community should be listened to, Richard is very highly regarded. This is a ridiculous decision. Richard is a brilliant postman, reliable and honest. Good luck trying to replace him Post Office!

Rich has been utterly amazing since I moved here five years ago. He offers an excellent, personal service and it is always a pleasure to see him. He is a shining example of a Royal Mail postman and deserves much better treatment than this. Reinstate Rich the post.

I think it's terrible that the post office have done this. Postman/woman in local villages perform so much more than just delivering the mail. They are sometimes the only person that a lonely person sees. Disgusting!!

We are so blessed to have such a wonderful ambassador of Her Majesty's Mail. Richard goes above and beyond everyday for all of us and to be stepped down for that reason is utterly ridiculous.

This is absolutely ridiculous !!! Yet another totally wrong decision by a punch of pen pushers who haven't got a clue about our community !!! Richard is fantastic at his job and always has been !!! He is the most efficient , friendly and decent postman I have ever known!! You should be absolutely discussted with yourselves Post Office !!! What a bunch of low life's you are to think you can just take away our postie !!! We all pay your wages by using the Post Office so in effect we employ Richard Kemp and we want him back !!!!!!!!!

An absolute disgrace that Rich as been removed from a community who entrusts and knows him so well. Ironic that Royal Mail works in communication and yet their understanding and ability to communicate with a community over significant change is, well, completely absent. I suggest that management reassignment is more appropriate.
