Richard provides a reliable and friendly service to us all! Royal Mail should be recognising him for his continuous hard work and commitment on his round! This all sounds like poor decision making from a privatised firm who has profit above its customers and colleagues.

An absolutely disgraceful decision by Post Office management. Richard has been our friendly and highly regarded postman for many many years. Come on the guy is an accomplished runner and delivers our post very speedily in shorts all year round. This is a symptom of the privatised Royal Mail looking for profit first in my opinion

Richard is a hard working reliable friendly person who has become apart of our community!! No matter what the weather or how your or his day is going your guaranteed a smile when you see him! Surely taking abit longer to do your rounds because you are delivering a high quality of service shouldn't matter. Keep Richard our postie!!!

As a Postman Richard is just fab!! Arrives everyday same time with a big smile and a kind word. Many could learn a thing or two from our "Postie". So sad that it has had to come to this. Maybe Royal Mail should have asked a few of Richards clients opinions before making the decision to remove him from this round. He really will be missed.....
