Richard is a highly trusted and valued member of the community, he's fantastic at his job, we never get the incorrect post when Richard does the rounds. If he is slower than others this can only be because he is a happy friendly chap and I am sure that for some housebound people he is invaluable!! Bring him back!!

Leave our man in place. Nice friendly chap that knows people in his patch. This helps with safety in the area too.

Rural rounds cannot be done at speed of the urban ones!! My own postie feels he has to apologise when he is late because he has to visit farms and gets 'bogged down' in mud!!

Another classic example of the post office losing the personal touch. Rich is a great guy. And always happy and cheers everyone up. Whats next, throwing the post in the garden as you drive past.... Just to save time

Richard is the best postie we could have, courteous, friendly and good humoured. It is shocking that he might have to leave. He is a much valued member of our community and we want him to continue.

Royal Mail website says"Postmen will get to know the different customers on your round. You’ll have a strong sense of community. Give us back our community postman and a First class Postie!

Put these so-called managers out on these rural rounds in all weathers and see how they perform! Reinstate Richard Kemp 's Postie job immediately!
