Come on Post Office, show us that you don't only care about how fast letters can be chucked through letterboxes but that a gold standard service is vital too - Richard is a brilliant postman and Kentisbeare won't let him be moved!

richard is the best postie you could ever wish for. so friendly and cheerfull. i grew up in kentiabeate and lived there for the first 21 years of my life. richard is the only postie that i have grown up to know in kentisbeare and it will be a shame to see he be removed. who cares if he just takes a little extra time? its lovely to have a kind caring postie like richard who takes a minute of his time to say "good morning" to the locals he has grown to know like me or ask how we are.

Richard is a great postie. Post is there the same time every day! He is polite and always gives us a cheery "morning Mina" through the door whilst the dogs bark at him! We need him back!!!!!

This is disgraceful. Richard has been our postman for years and to be treated like this by some dogooder at Royal Mail is yet another example of how poorly these companies are run with no thanks or credit offered for years of service.. whoever did this to Richard is an utter disgrace!!!

Best postman I know! Always know what time he's coming. Parcels always on time. If not home or asleep due to working nights he knows where to put our parcels in a safe place!! KEEP HIM doing kentisbeare & kerswell!

Richard is a wonderful postman! It is disgusting that he has been told that he is too slow! His customer service is exemplary and he should be commended for that, not punished!
