I lived for 50 years in Wisconsin before becoming a resident of Florida. Wisconsin abolished the death penalty in 1853. There is no more violent crime there than anywhere else. Florida should follow the example of Wisconsin,and the whole of western Europe and abolish the death penalty.

I know Fl law states in the comission of a felony this is felony murder even if you are not the one who actually pulled the trigger. in this case it appears to be a grave mis carrage of justice that the person who did isrecieving life and a party who didn't is recieving death.
