If he didn't do it, or if it was accidental, then life in prison should be fair. Killing someone who didn't actually shoot the victim wouldn't help at all.

Governor Scott needs to halt this execution immediately. Why do we kill people , to show people that killing people is wrong. Buffkin recanted and states that Johnny Kormondy did not kill McAdams. STOP this execution!

At the very least, EQUITY IN SENTENCING should apply. How do administrators of executions live with themselves, especially when knowing the are executing/murdering so unjustly?
