in light of recent developments in this case it is only justice if it is reviewed before any further action is taken. we could be executing another innocent person in the name of all of us in FL and that is not moral or just.

No matter whether this man is guilty or not, death penalty is a form of barbaric atavism that should not be carried out by any civilized nation. Apart from that, having read several sources about the case, it appears that during the last couple of years several doubts regarding the guilt of Mr. Kormondy popped up, something which was even recognized by a judge involved in the case. One of the main ideas in legal issues is the principle of " In dubio pro reo", and if the State of Florida carries out the execution of this man, I fear that this is yet another lethal error in the history of US-American judicature.
