Jim's is an institution that should not be moved after 82 years of old school shoe repair that is used and loved by many New Yorkers. Duane Reade, a monopoly that is already massive and does not need any further space then it already has. Keep Jim's for another 82 years

no need to push the amazing shoe repair out for yet another expansion of Duane reade that is already over-sized and over-saturated with stores in NYC
Enough is enough with the expansion of corporate behemoths especially drugstore chains and banks. They’re killing small businesses to the point where our neighborhoods are losing their unique charm, warmth, and diversity of services. Stop the erosion!

Duanne Reade Does not need to expand. They have another location a few blocks away. We need JIm's Shoe Repair to remain where it is; they are truly the BEST and they are a NYC staple. Enough with the Major Stores taking over NYC!!!!!!

Duane Reade, Walgreen's and SL Green Realty has done enough harm to NYC. As a PR move, they need to see that the lease of Jim's Shoe Repair is renewed.

For the past 18 plus years, i could always depend on Jim's Shoe Repair to do a magnificent job with my shoes. They are always so nice to deal with, and the work they produce is of the highest quality. I hope Jim's will be able to keep their home.
