I think this is a better rodent control than using poisons and traps - Jasmine should stay, she has found an untraditional home.

If you don't like her, shop elsewhere. Home Hardware is not the only hardware store in town! She is part of why I live in a small town: friendly, homey, unusual touches.

One complainey customer should not have the ultimate say when the majority enjoy the atmosphere, kitty is awesome and should stay, complainey customer will always find something to be complainey about whether you keep the cat or not.

1 person should not dictate what to do or not to do. I love the cat. It's her home. Canmorians are fine with it.

I sincerely hope the corporate office just ignores this person and their petty complaint. They obviously need to get a life preferably somewhere else. Sorry.
Love seeing Jasmine there and how customers are drawn to her.

"I don't care about employees, I don't care about other people, all I care about is the fact that I'm in here for 5 minutes and people aren't kicking out a cat that's been here for 14 years! THE WORLD REVOLVES AROUND ME!"

What happened to enjoying a little small town charm.. There are plenty of shops around my area that have fluffy, four-legged employees! I think it makes a place very inviting and friendly when a pet is around.. :)

Our local grocery store in Queenstown NZ adopted a stray cat which the staff feed and look after. This act of kindness made our national news because customers love the cat. I wish more businesses would adopt animals!
