I have nothing but respect and admiration for Jan Spate. In the many years I’ve been seeking her veterinary services, I have never doubted her abilities and professionalism. Professionalism isn’t about having the flash premises. Jan is a dedicated veterinary practitioner who has always put the well-being of the animals first. I have heard people cast doubt on her ability to diagnose conditions just by the touch of her hands. Her abilities in one instance were confirmed for me after ultra sounds were done at another practice. The end result was a matching diagnosis. There is nothing mysterious about her abilities – she has a life time of experience that has been devoted to the care and understanding of all animals. Please allow her to continue the dedicated and much needed services she provides for our community.

Jan Spate is an amazing Lady who always puts the animals first. I had my old cat of 15 half years to her last week, and she was quite up set as it reminded her of her old dog. My 'old lady' is recovering, as geriatric as she is:)) all thanks to Jan. I moved to Canberra 15 years ago, and I heard amazing things about her, how she puts animals first before profit!!! and has such an amazing knowledge of all animals great and small!! Accidents happen unfortunately, and having experienced a vet kneeing my young horse in its stomach when I was young, I fully appreciate such a caring person such as Jan tending to my cats:))) Please let her to continue her practice, as we need vets such as her!!!!
