It's a very sad decision. Jackie is an inspiration we will all miss her terribly if the powers that be insist on making this change. Surely there's another solution?

I've recently been going through a lot of personal issues and have given group a rest for a shirt while. Without Jackies support I would of quit, she's such an inspiration and the whole group will suffer if she leaves.. This is shocking news.. Please save Jackie our inspiration our friend..

Reading about this article saddens me to think that someone so beneficial to the community is to be replaced is pointless. Jackie Hamstock is obviously a great asset to Slimming World and it would be absolutely crazy to make her step down from her perfectly suited position. I object.

I think it is absolutely shocking that this is happening, Jackie is an inspiration. I personally am going through chemotherapy at the moment and Jackie has been a marvellous support throughout. Whilst I still attend slimming World, i wfeel that i would be only able to do this with the support of good friends, Jackie and other group members are brill. She is an asset to Slimming World.

If the price of keeping Jackie in charge is leafleting then give me the leaflets! Jackie contributions to us all individually and collectively is massive and it'd be a blow if she goes... HEAD Office money grabbing at the expense of the Members! Jackie thanks so far.....please say but don't jeopardise your opportunities! Everyone else up for a leaflet drop and a pint in the Poets over Christmas? Sod the Syns !

I think that is completely disgusting that Jackie is being forced to give up a group. If Jackie herself, decided that the workload was too great, I would completely respect her decision. Jackie is an amazing SW consultant. I have previously joined SW on a couple of occasions, the weigh loss plan is brilliant but consultants vary massively. I have had consultants that read from the book with no passion what so ever and consultants who are far too pushy and put you off. Jackie is by far the best consultant I have ever experienced. She understands that this is a journey, that life sometimes gets in the way. Jackie understands that there are times you want to forget SW for a bit but keeps you in the loop and makes it easy to return to group. Lots of people can be put off weighing in if they know they have had a "bad" week, Jackie encourages you to come anyway, weigh in, draw a line under it and get back on plan. Without this i would have slipped right back down that slope and would have stopped coming to group by now. Jackie goes above and beyond with the communication and support between groups. Her messages are personal and sincere and perfectly timed, many a time I will be having a bad week when a lovely message from Jackie will land in my inbox. If Jackie is forced to give up her Holbrook group, myself and my partner will be following her to Oakwood!
