Ivan has by far been the most reliable building manager/super I’ve had. He’s always had a very a pleasant attitude from the day I moved in. He has fixed apartment issues promptly and stayed on top of coordination with subcontractors. I’ve had zero negative interactions with Ivan. He works incredibly long hours and takes excellent care of the building.

Ivan has been essential in our decision to stay in this building. He has provided fast and efficient service with any issues we’ve had with our unit, works diligently to keep the building clean and sorted and more than anything is kind, friendly and a valued member of this community. I cannot imagine life here without him. Please reconsider.

I have lived at 92 Morningside Ave. for four years and consider Ivan integral to the community of this building. He protects this building and each of its occupants, which is a priority in selecting a home for my family. I am seriously considering not renewing my lease if he is not reinstated.
