My son has played at Sutton - he started his earliest tennis experiences there. Love the courts, love the location. To this day he and his friends still play there -- because it is a great Manhattan winter tennis option.

Please keep the Sutton East Tennis Club under the 59th Street Bridge. I play softball in the summer and tennis in the winter in this location, and this is a great facility.

I absolutely love tennis and unfortunately new york city is not any easy city to find adequate space ir weather to play. Sutton easy is an ideal resource for new york city indoor tennis fans and has been so for decades. Furthermore it is the only clay court in the city which makes it especially unique. I urge you to please reconsider any motion to remove this valuable resource from us, the players.

Sutton East Tennis is an important part of our community.
This is the only tennis court in midtown on the east side. Taking away the courts means taking away the only source of exercise for many people.
