These are some of the best courts I have played on - especially in the city. It would be wise not to take them away.

The only affordable option in Manhattan. If not for these courts, I couldn't play all winter and it is already hard enough to get court time the rest of the year.

Please save Sutton East indoor tennis. There are very few options to play tennis in Manhattan, especially indoor courts. Closing Sutton East indoor tennis will only make it more expensive to play tennis in Manhattan. It will become a sport that only the wealthy can afford.

My kids play here every week for years and love it! We must keep these courts alive and available for New Yorkers!

The Sutton East Tennis Center is vital for a commuter-friendly opportunity to exercise tennis during the long indoor season.
It is the perfect spot for a tennis bubble.

Tennis is important to the community and there are not enough places to play now as it is. Please do not close Sutton.

Tennis is a good sport for kids and everyone. Let's then play in doors.

This facility has benefited thousands of city kids. There are no comparable alternatives in Manhattan. A major contributor to quality of life on upper east side.

Amenities in the city keep disappearing. Almost no winter facilities for tennis and other sporting events in the city. Why would you make such a bad decision ?

Diversity of activities is critical to the fabric of great cities, and this great city already has a dearth of indoor tennis courts

Please do not take away one of the few remaining indoor tennis spaces in NYC! Our children utilize these courts.

It's hard enough to find courts to play on in Manhattan. Why would you consider removing these ones?

The Sutton East courts are one of the perks of living in the neighborhood. It'd be a shame not to have somewhere nearby to play anymore.

Closing the courts would be a gift to the private clubs that serve the 1%.
