Parks Department...PLEASE don't make the wrong decision and demolish the tennis facility only to allow for a wealthy developer to come in and build stores we don't need. Everything that made NYC great seems to be disappearing. Please keep the courts!! They are unique and a gift to the residents of NYC!!!

My son, 7, plays tennis here regularly. This is the only facility of its kind in the area. Children on the upper east side need this site to remain open.

Tennis is exorbitant in the city. Removing these courts will make it more expensive to play and fewer kids will find their life sport.

I strongly support keeping the Sutton East Tennis Club, a New York City institution, underneath the Queensboro Bridge. NYC needs places for people to learn and play tennis.

I play tennis on a regular basis at Sutton East Tennis Club. It is local and affordable and it would be a shame to lose it.

I am a city kid turning 50 this year, I have never played Tennis at Sutton but when I was a teenager into my 20'schedule I played softball there. It was a wonderful experience and I have fond memories. I have two children 6 and 9 we just talking about signing them up there for.Tennis lessons. Please don't close this location
