Totally agree. It's horrible to drive on hwy 7 at rush hour now. Can't imagine what it will be like if more homes drivers on the road.

The traffic in highway 7 is already heavy not only during rush hour but at any time. And the high building doesn't compatible with current building pattern- it's not downtown.

18 floors is too much. The stupid construction on hwy7 continued several years and anyone not stupid can imagone its totally useless. Its waisting the tax payets money. Now the new buolding is bringing much more people to the most beautiful area making Markham a place not good for living. If such things continue, then we are leaving.

反对,交通已经很拥挤,加入这么多家庭怎么解决?我们这里不是多伦多downtown,道路也不一样

Highway 7 is already one of the busiest road in Markham. Sometimes it takes 10 minutes to make a turn. More high rise building will will make it worse. Highway 7 will become a SLOWAY 7. Also, we are the family with kids which use community center a lot. It's been very difficult to get a spot for community program due to high population vs limited program spots provided. Adding more high rise will bring in more population but no sufficient community services to support additional population.

I dont want to see a high building in my living community. It really not match the historycial area.
