I do not think the infrastructure in Markham is matching with the huge increase of population.
The traffic in Hwy 7, has been a nightmare for years already. And McCowan is bad as early as 3:00pm in the afternoon. Unless they come up with some long term planning and development there is no point introducing more residents in the area, especially at such volume.
