Please don't close a church that has so many supporters and friends. Everyone that goes here that I know has always said great things about it. I think it should stay open.

No one deserves to lose their church, especcially if it's in great condition, it has the numbers and the money to support it. It has a deeper meaning than just "church." We have a connection with God, and the church, and congregation as well. There is no need to close the church!

My great grandfather donated the land for this church so it is extra-special to me. It is more than a place of worship, it is the heart of this special community.

This church must remain open, not just because it stands as the center of faith for the community, but because it represents by it's very existence, the strength, courage, and determination of our forefathers to build a life in this country. It stands as a monument to their unyielding love of God, faith in the Catholic Church, and the promise of opportunity in America that brought them here. To close this church, especially considering that is still a vitally active part of both East Chain and the Catholic Community as a whole, would be to defile the memory of those who built this symbol of faith. It is also a slap in the face to their descendants who continue to support it today. I pray that my grandparents may continue to rest in peace in the shadow of the church that was so much a part of their lives.

You need to save Holy Family Church. My family ancestry started in this church and with founding members. My family is buried in the cemetery. Also, our family (MADAY) was blessed by the Pope (Clement XI) before leaving our motherland Poland and beginning our journey to America . My immediate family was blessed by Pope John. We have a long history with our faith.
