I have seen first hand the teaching of this program and the benefit of the students. This program will be a great loss to the classroom.

I am a teacher and would love for my students to be able to have this opportunity. Please keep them for the students! I know they mean a lot to them.

This has been a year of so many changes to what ‘normal’ life is, especially for children. Please reconsider your decision regarding the animals the kids in your school enjoy so much. Thank you!

I hope we can find a way to keep the animals. This has been such a great experience for our kids!

I disagree with getting rid of this program and removing the animals. This is an experience that not all children receive in school. It allows them to learn about animal science as well as gives them the benefit of caring for and being responsible for the animals. Instead of getting rid of such a valuable program, take time to educate staff and students on how to maintain a clean animal environment and enforce appropriate hygiene skills with anyone that has interaction with animals and their supplies.

Animals are goods.

This is so wrong. Does anyone on the board own an animal? Dogs, cats, birds, etc. live in your house and sleep on you and your furniture and in your beds. How sanitary is that? These animals are outside and happy and give a lot to all the kids. Think about it Board, and let them stay put.

What an awful idea! This is such a great way for kids to learn responsibility & get exposure to something that probably none of them will ever get outside of this program.
